Mr. Slavin has acquired, developed, operated and managed a broad array of residential, hospitality, restaurant, retail and seniors housing assets in both publicly-traded and privately-held organizations. His expertise includes real estate development, design, acquisition and disposition, project management, product development, marketing, strategy and operations. Since 2007, Mr. Slavin has focused exclusively on the development, repositioning and operation of upscale seniors housing.

Prior to joining Parc Communities, Mr. Slavin served as Division President for a publicly-traded builder/developer, establishing division operations in an emerging Sunbelt market. Prior to that, he served as Division Vice President of Acquisition and Development in a major national market.  As Director of Real Estate Development for a publicly-traded restaurant and hospitality company, Mr. Slavin facilitated a 30-state expansion program. Prior thereto, he provided workout and asset management services to institutional and regulatory entities, and design consulting services to commercial, residential and hospitality clients.  Mr. Slavin holds Bachelor of Environmental Design and Masters of Real Estate Development degrees from Texas A&M University.

As a Principal of Parc Communities, Mr. Slavin is responsible for management and growth of the operating entity, as well as new community acquisition and development.

Woody DeWeese

Executive Vice President

Mr. DeWeese is a seasoned operator of luxury senior living assets, with a diversified background in real estate and hospitality management. His experience includes dining, hospitality and senior living operations, with specific expertise in new unit openings, community repositioning, transition management, construction administration, operating efficiency and marketing. As Executive Vice President, Mr. DeWeese is responsible for community performance, pre-opening of new projects and on-boarding of new management opportunities. His passion is resident satisfaction and building highly productive, service-oriented teams that make a positive impact on the lives of Parc residents every day.

As a Principal of Parc Communities, Mr. DeWeese is responsible for community operations, compliance and new business acquisition.

Rhonda Ramsey

VP of Finance & Administration

Ms. Ramsey is a CPA with over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance. Her background includes public accounting, where she provided audit, tax and consulting services to real estate partnerships, restaurant groups and investment partnerships, as well as leadership roles in one of the nation’s largest multifamily property management firms. As VP of Finance & Administration she oversees all administrative functions of the company, including accounting, finance, risk management, human resources and IT.
